Meo Vay Tien — Privacy Policy

This privacy policy applies to the Android application Meo Vay Tien (package com.moneycat.ai), published on Google Play by VIGOR1980 LLC. Meo Vay Tien is a personal expense tracker and interest calculator. We designed it to be private by default. This policy explains what the app does and does not do with your information.

Data we collect

Meo Vay Tien does not require an account and does not collect or sell any personal data such as your name, phone number, contacts or location. All of your transactions, categories and savings goals are stored locally on your device and never leave it through the app.

To show a short promotional banner and to measure whether it is useful, the app sends a small amount of usage data to VIGOR1980 LLC:

• a random app identifier created on your device when the app is first used (it is not linked to your name, phone number or advertising ID, and is erased if you delete the app or its data);
• simple app interaction events: that the app was opened, that the banner was shown, and that the banner was tapped.

This data is used only for analytics, is sent over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), is not sold or shared with third parties, and the identifier is stored on our server only as a one-way hashed value.

Advertising

The app may show a banner that promotes a loan-comparison web page operated by VIGOR1980 LLC. The banner is clearly labelled as an advertisement. Meo Vay Tien is not a lender.

Permissions

Meo Vay Tien requests no sensitive runtime permissions — no location, contacts, camera, microphone, or storage access.

The "Loans" tab

The Loans tab contains an informational loan-cost calculator and educational content. Meo Vay Tien is not a lender, is not affiliated with any lender, and does not accept, submit or process loan applications. When you choose to compare loan options, the app opens a web page in your browser. That web page is operated by VIGOR1980 LLC and may, like any website, process standard request information (such as IP address and a click identifier) to route you to licensed third-party loan partners and to measure referrals.

Children

Meo Vay Tien is a general-audience finance utility and is not directed at children.

Changes

If this policy changes, VIGOR1980 LLC will update this page and the "Last updated" date above.
